The entrance to Little Brush Creek Cave is an unusual one for Utah. It is rather large, and takes a whole river during the spring run off. Viewing this entrance brings back memories of the caving I have done in West Virginia.
The cave itself has a large amount of interesting river passage. Much of it is decorated with a multi colored flow stone that is scalloped in testament to the high flow of water through the passages. The cave layout changes drastically due to this large volume of water.
In several areas, there are pools of water that you must navigate.
Occasionally you find a trapped fish in one of these pools.
The flowstone in this cave is eroded away, in many spots, showing
the many different layers that exist within.
